The Divine Staff is mixed but you won't find that skin with a smiting req. Still I don't see it getting more than 20k... sigh, I want a q9 20/20 healing divine staff bad.

Cockatrice I am not sure. I personally hate the staff but it's been gaining popularity for a while. Raptors may be right.

Divine Staff is 10k-15k, but a difficult and arduous sell. Be prepared to wait.

Canthan Air Staff definitely 100e+.... If I recall correctly at least 3 big traders are looking for one.

Lightning Spire can get up to 100k at least. Its a nice skin, and good req with perfect mods. It could even go for more. Personally it is my favorite Air skin in the game, and I'm probably not the only one who thinks its flawless.
The Cockatrice I'm a bit apprehensive about. I'd say--as per Luny's suggestion--if looking for a quick sell, 30-50e is perfectly reasonable. If looking to really get what its worth, I think the staff can get up to 150e. It all depends on who bids on it. Perhaps one of the bigger Earth Collectors (Kabong comes to mind) might be interested in it. At the end of the day, its less about how rare (it is very rare, indeed--but then again, so is a q8 14^50 Dwarven Axe and we saw that get lowballed for 450e....) the staff is as opposed to how interested people are in it.
